Dennis Rishel
Senior Advisor to the Board and Investment Committee
Dennis Rishel has been nominated to serve as a senior advisor to the Board and the Company's Investment Committee. Mr. Rishel has substantial experience in banking and commercial lending. Mr. Rishel was a Senior Commercial/Industrial lender of Wells Fargo Bank for 15 years. At Wells Fargo Bank he was responsible for commercial credit facilities for institutional and Industrial enterprises with gross annual revenues in excess of $10M. Mr. Rishel has extensive experience analyzing prospective borrowers, structuring debt transactions, as well as the use of financial derivatives such credit default swaps and commercial interest rate swaps as employed by regional banking institutions. He served on credit committees and a regional risk asset review committee. Prior to Wells Fargo he served as a commercial real estate lender for First Security Bank responsible for residential land acquisition and development financing from 1989 until 1995. Responsibilities acquisition feasibility analysis, loan structure and all aspects of development and vertical financing. Mr. Rishel received his M.B.A. in Finance from Eastern New Mexico University. The Company believes that Mr. Rishel’s extensive experience as a senior banking executive and his experience in commercial lending and debt transactions qualifies him to serve as a senior advisor to our Board and as an advisory member of the Investment Committee.
